The name comes from where the company started. Roofs fail in Florida, and somebody has to get up there before the next storm arrives. That work taught us that the damage rarely stops at the roof. Water runs down walls, soaks into flooring, and becomes a mold problem within days if nobody handles it properly.

They do not know what their policy covers, what they are entitled to, or what to do in the first few hours while the water is still spreading. Albert saw people making expensive mistakes because nobody had explained anything to them.
That is what the company was built to fix. Not only the drying and the rebuilding, but the part where somebody tells you what is actually happening in your house.
He holds three Florida state licenses: Mold Assessor, Mold Remediator, and Home Inspector. He runs the business with his family and works in both English and Spanish, which matters in Doral where many of the people calling would rather explain the problem in Spanish.
